Toyota Hilux knows its 8th generation. A model that is almost an institution in the pick-up segment worldwide.
In this 8th generation, Toyota Hilux spent a few days on vacation in the city and returned to work more cosmopolitan than ever. On the outside, it is noticeable that it is more modern. Fruit of the adoption of headlights with LED technology, more dramatic lines throughout the bodywork and a superior width of 20mm (in length increased by 70mm) that favor the final proportions.

Underneath the most modern outfits, the new Toyota Hilux maintains the frame with stringers that guarantees full working capacity and ease of progression over difficult terrain. Features that have been transversal to all generations of the Japanese pick-up truck.
Inside, the tone of modernity remains. According to Toyota, the new Hilux approaches the equipment and comfort standards of SUV’s. The most notable feature is the LCD screen in the center of the console, which allows us to control the infotainment system and the traction system, among other features.
Ultimately, Toyota's objective in this 8th generation Hilux was to combine the known reliability and workability of the model, with new values of comfort and modernity never seen before in the range. Finally, as far as engines are concerned, the new Hilux will be available with a 2.4 liter diesel engine with 160hp and 400Nm and with a 2.8 liter engine, also diesel, with 177hp and 450Nm. It should reach the market before the end of the year.
