V12 soundtrack: Pagani Huayra and Ferrari in F12 Berlinetta clash

Anonim

What happens if we put two powerful v12s deep in a circuit? We get an amazing soundtrack.

Sport Auto editor Christian Gebhardt threw himself onto the track with two dream cars and the result was a symphony that screams to the sky, coming from the exhausts of those who are the hypercars of the moment. There are almost 1500hp in clash – with the exotic Huayra that delivers 730hp and the F12 Berlinetta singing from the top of its 740hp, this is a race worth seeing.

Accelerations are brutal – the Pagani Huayra has a maximum torque of 1000nm, and the F12 Berlinetta, despite the 10hp more, is for a “modest” 690nm of torque, impressive to be sure, but lower than the mighty Pagani. The sprint from 0 to 100 takes a quick 3.3 seconds in the Pagani Huayra and the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta gets there in less than 0.2 sec. The first reaches a top speed of 370km/h and the second lags behind at 340km/h. But now what matters is not the numbers, it's seeing the v12 getting "hands on". Connect the speakers!
