After being presented in Portugal in a version that allows fast charging, the Renault ZOE Z.E. 40 C.R., now the brand presented at the Geneva Motor Show yet another novelty in the range of 100% electric small townspeople, and which we had already talked about, is the Renault ZOE R110 which gets about 15 additional hp.
The new version features a new engine with increased power — 109 hp (80 kW) — and is called the Renault ZOE R110. The new model offers better acceleration in certain regimes — like less 2s between 80-120 km/h — since the instantaneous torque is the same as the R90 version.
The more powerful version of the Renault ZOE (R110) should announce a autonomy identical to the R90 version, however the brand does not come forward with numbers yet, as it waits for the entry of the WLTP cycle to announce these data.
Apparently, despite the new engine, there are no changes in weight either.
With regard to infotainment systems, the R110 also adds Android Auto Mirroring, allowing compatibility with applications such as Waze, Spotify and Skype, integrated in the car's infotainment system.
The brand also took the opportunity to add a new color — dark metallic gray — to the color palette available for the Renault Zoe, as well as a new interior pack in shades of purple.
For Portugal there is still no information regarding availability and prices, but the first orders for the model should be registered in the spring, with the first units to be delivered at the beginning of the year.
