THE Silverstone Classic is a three-day festival dedicated to the motor racing of yesteryear. Founded in 1990, the festival has grown to become one of the biggest in the world, with an audience of 100,000 spectators, and where we can see countless races on the Silverstone circuit, the same that hosts Formula 1.

There is a little bit of everything that we can see running on the circuit, from Formula 1 single-seaters, to Minis, from the GTs of the 60s to the beginning of this century. Circuit action is not lacking.

The event is not just about racing, with dozens of car clubs, exhibiting more than 10,000 classic cars! Among other activities are auctions, concerts, aerial exhibitions, demonstrations and the presence of motorsport glories such as Sir Jackie Stewart (below), a regular presence at these events.

road cars

A festival of machines that are part of the automobile dreams of many of us. Highlight for the fleet GT-R, from the first Nissan Skyline GT-R, through the R32, R33 and R34, to the exclusive GT-R50. There's so much more to see, from the Italian Pagani Zonda and Huayra, to the rare British Aston Martin One-77, to the German Porsche 911, even the very American Shelby GT500 “Eleanor” was there.
