SEAT is the best automotive brand at the 2018 Marketeer Awards

The 2018 Marketeer Awards, in their 10th edition, distinguish the best brands in a total of 32 categories, recognizing what is best done in Portugal. This year's edition took place at Convento do Beato, with more than 900 people watching in the audience.

In the car brand category, the SEAT was the winner, with Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Renault, Volvo and Volkswagen equally nominated — the brands were previously selected by the editorial staff of Marketeer, together with the magazine's Editorial Board.

SEAT states that 2017 was a "particularly intense" year, both in terms of communication — focusing on a younger and more appealing image — as a product, where we witnessed the biggest commercial offensive ever for the brand, with the awarding of the prize in due course. recognition of the work done.

Despite the recognition, in 2018, the work developed is to continue, witnessing concrete results. In the first five months of the year, SEAT's sales in Portugal grew 27.7% compared to the same period in 2017, making it the fastest growing car brand in Portugal in the Top 15 of national sales.

A growth that reflects what is happening in Europe, with SEAT being one of the fastest growing brands in 2018.
