SEAT has just announced an agreement with startup BeMobile to develop solutions in the field of urban mobility. SEAT is currently exploring various possibilities that offer drivers simpler, more digital and connected mobility experiences. As such, this agreement seeks synergies between the knowledge of SEAT and the agility and innovation of startups, which can be transformed into new services.
Simmer also highlighted the role of the city of Barcelona as a reference for the study of the urban mobility of the future. During the last edition of the Smart City Expo World Congress, SEAT presented a prototype of the Ateca with Smart City connectivity, capable of collecting information from the environment around the car through tracking sensors, sharing it with users of the Parkfinder app.
