Aston Martin's new manual gearbox features the AMSHIFT system, a technology that allows you to replicate the effects of the tip-to-heel technique on reductions, thanks to the integration of sensors for clutch pedal positioning, gearshift positioning and engine management tuning. . According to the brand, the AMSHIFT system can be used in any driving mode, but is naturally more effective in Sport mode.

Under the bonnet, the 5.9 liter V12 engine did not change significantly, continuing to deliver 572 hp at 6750 rpm and maximum torque of 620 Nm at 5750. The Aston Martin V12 Vantage S accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds and the top speed is fixed at 330 km/h.
