Escape from images. The new Porsche 911 (992) will look like this

Anonim

Image leakage is becoming so common that it is almost a habit. Now, the latest “victim” was the new generation of Porsche 911 , who saw his photos released before being shown to the public at the Los Angeles Motor Show (where Razão Automóvel will be present).

The photos were originally released by the Jalopnik website and we know that despite the poor quality (wait for the ones we'll bring you directly from Los Angeles, these will be much better) serve to start the game that is made whenever a new generation of 911 is released : o “detects the differences”.

From what can be seen from the photos released, the main differences are found in the rear lights and the lower part of the front bumper. In the rest it's “business as usual”, with Porsche maintaining the conservatism that some people love and that makes others criticize its most iconic model.

For more information, you'll even have to accompany our stay in Los Angeles. It's just that although there was a leak of images, this was not accompanied by a leak of technical details. The only certainty we have is that the engine will remain in the same place...

However, according to Autocar, in the new generation of the 911 all engines will be turbocharged (this means the end of naturally aspirated versions used by the most extreme 911 ). In addition, the British magazine also anticipates that, despite not being available at the beginning of production, there will be two plug-in hybrid versions with all-wheel drive, and that one of them should have around 600 hp and a maximum speed close to 320 km/h.
