Manual gearbox, rear-wheel drive and 110 hp of power. The Renault Twingo GT was unveiled in June of last year and now arrives in Portugal.
Develop a car that is irreverent, practical, but at the same time accessible. This was the objective that the Renault Sport technicians set themselves, and the result is called Renault Twingo GT.In this sporty variant, the French city dweller takes on sportier lines, with side air intakes, two exhaust pipes and 17-inch wheels. In addition to the orange presentation color (in the images), the Renault Twingo GT will be offered in white, gray and black.
In mechanical terms, the Renault Twingo GT adopts an “all behind” architecture – rear-wheel drive and engine placed behind the passenger seats, “spiced” by Renault Sport. Speaking of the engine, the well-known 898cc TCe block now claims 110 hp of power and 170 Nm of torque , the result of developments in the refrigeration chapter. On the other hand, the five-speed manual gearbox now benefits from shorter gears.

As such, the benefits were also improved. The Renault Twingo GT takes 9.6 seconds in the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h, with recoveries from 80 to 120 km/h in less than nine seconds.
The new Renault Twingo GT is now available from the brand's dealer network from €15,480.
