Almost a decade after the first generation, the new Audi A5 Coupé makes its debut in Portugal.
About to complete 10 years after the launch of the first model, the second generation of the Audi A5 finally arrives in Portugal. During this period, 6,000 units were sold in our country alone, 1,700 of which in coupé bodywork. In fact, the Audi A5 Coupé is the first of the variants to hit the market – the Sportback version arrives in February and the Cabriolet version is scheduled for April of next year.There are several news: new chassis, new engines, the latest infotainment technologies of the brand, driving support and, of course, a striking and eminently sporty design. As we had the opportunity to prove – first in Germany, and later on national soil – the new A5 Coupé has plenty of arguments to face its Japanese and German opponents.

And it is precisely in the two-door version that the sportier side of the German model is revealed, especially in the S5 variant with the S Line signature, with a 3.0 liter TFSI engine with 354 hp. In this model, Audi plays a strong card – currently, one in four models sold are sports versions.
For now, the entry version arrives in Portugal, which will be the most sought after model on the national market, equipped with a 2.0 TDI engine with 190 hp and 400 Nm of torque. In the coming months, the remaining engines will be launched – 3.0 TDI with 218 hp/286 hp and 3.0 TFSI with 354 hp.
