The case, which we would not hesitate to consider unprecedented, had as its main protagonist a Porsche Panamera ST, in its 550 hp Turbo version. A model that, despite having already inscribed its name among the fastest vehicles on the mythical Nürburgring circuit, has now decided to give it a try again, but with a trailer at the back!
The idea behind this attempt at a record came, however, not from the Stuttgart brand, but from a German trailer company, Moetefindt Fahrzeugbau. Which, in this way, sought, above all, to demonstrate the lightness and agility of its trailers. Who announce themselves capable of facing the dreaded “Green Hell”, and live, to tell it!

Moreover, in favor of the Panamera Sport Turismo and the trailer, the fact that the latter is not without any extra weight, but with another Porsche on top – a Junior 108 tractor. difficult the task, even more, with the adverse weather conditions that were felt at the time.
As for the time taken by this “unexpected pair”, but which is, also and in fact, what matters least in this whole “story”, it is said that it was 12 min and 06 sec. Value that will not exactly be a reference, especially when compared, for example, with that achieved by the familiar Mercedes E 63 AMG Station. But, for sure, life was much easier than this Porsche...
