The Czech brand has just unveiled the first images of the interior of the new Skoda Superb. According to the brand, it will be “the best Skoda ever”.
Skoda has set the bar pretty high, but there are reasons for that. The new Skoda Superb shares the platform with the new Volkswagen Passat (generation B8), it will have an 80mm more wheelbase and a 20mm wider width compared to the current generation. It will weigh 75kg less and have 625 liters of luggage capacity.
Measures that will make the new Skoda Superb a serious case against the D-segment models; and a real headache for the voluptuous and expensive premium E-segment models, competing with these mainly for space.

The interior (in the main image) was revealed today, and concerns the top-of-the-range version Laurin & Klement, where we can highlight the large screen and the steering wheel equal to that of the Skoda Octavia. The exterior design will be revealed later this month.
The presentation is scheduled for the Geneva Motor Show in March.
