Which is faster: Honda Civic Type R, BMW M3 or Audi RS3?

Auto Express decided to confront the times of the Honda Civic Type R, Audi RS3 and BMW M3 on track. Three sports cars, three different brands, three totally different philosophies.

The question that arises is: of these three models which is the fastest? Will it be the rear-wheel-drive BMW M3 (425hp and 1595kg), the all-wheel-drive Audi RS3 (365hp and 1520kg) or the front-wheel-drive Honda Civic Type-R (310hp and 1383kg)?

If we value power, the undisputed winner would be the BMW M3. If traction is valued at the expense of maximum power, then the Audi RS3 takes advantage of the benefits of all-wheel drive. If we value the weight, then our winner would be the Honda Civic Type-R, the lightest of all.

Because the chronometer is not compatible with theories – see the case of the new Seat Leon ST Cupra, currently the fastest van on the Nurburgring – Auto Express was taking the test of the nine, comparing the times of these three models on the circuit.
