Audi A6 and A7 receive surgical changes

In a winning team, you can move… little. On the market since 2011, the current generation Audi A6 has once again received discreet improvements.

The changes were so subtle that it's hard to see where Audi tampered with the A6 and A7 – they were almost surgical. On the outside, the changes only concern the new horizontal grid and the two new colors: Matador Red and Gotland Green, which will be available in the “S” sports versions. The body color Java Brown, previously only available on the Audi A6 Allroad, is now available for all versions.

There are also new features in the design of the wheels. The brand introduced two new wheels for the Audi A6 and three for the A7 version.

NOT TO BE MISSED: Audi A3: more technology and efficiency

The more adventurous version (read Allroad) is now available with the new Advanced Pack. An option that, among other innovations, introduces sportier leather seats in the model, an exclusive interior/exterior color combination and a sport differential in association with the quattro all-wheel drive system.

Inside, the S models feature LED reading and luggage compartment lights. Across the entire range is the charging system for wireless gadgets (via the induction system) and tablets available in the rear seats. The Apple CarPlay system and Android Auto are now available on Audi's MMI infotainment system.
