Oops! Toyota Supra accidentally revealed in an official tweet

If there's one thing Toyota has valued in the Supra's return, it's secrecy. Is that even though we had the opportunity to drive it, so far the Japanese brand has revealed little or nothing about the aesthetics of the new Toyota Supra (showed a mirror but that hardly counts).

But thanks to an accidental tweet from Toyota Mexico—now erased—everything changed. The brand's branch in that country seems to have “forgot” that the car has not yet been revealed and published a tweet where the Supra appears completely without camouflage.

Thanks to this accidental leak, we were able to confirm that the new Supra A90 was taking inspiration, as we expected, from the Toyota FT-1 concept.

At the rear, the highlight goes to the generous exhausts and the pronounced spoiler.

The front is characterized by “split” optics and three lower air intakes. When viewed from the side, the main highlight goes to the long bonnet and passenger compartment in a recessed position and the reduced rear span — typical and classic proportions of any self-respecting sports car. Also note the "muscle" on the rear axle leaving no doubt about the driving axle.

At the rear, there is a pronounced spoiler integrated in the tailgate, the rear diffuser and the “bazookas” at the ends of the same.
