While BMW insists on not releasing an M7, the Alpina B7 xDrive fills that gap in style.
Mercedes-AMG S63, Audi S8 and BMW M… ups. There is no BMW M7. Fortunately, for all Bavarian brand-loving executives there is a solution. It's called the Alpina B7 xDrive and it's the closest thing to a hypothetical BMW M7 money can buy.NOT TO BE MISSED: Web Summit: Carlos Ghosn introduces innovative carsharing platform
Its mechanical base is the well-known 4.4 liter V8 twin-turbo engine, now with a maximum power of 608 hp and 800 Nm of maximum torque. Thanks to these numbers, the accelerations of the B7 are ballistic: 3.6 seconds from 0-100km/h and 311 km/h of top speed. With these values, this model enters the Audi S8 championship.
The model that you can see in the images, is for sale in Abu Dhabi, in a color something… different: Java Green Metallic. The wheels are typically Alpine, while the interior has been given a more sporty touch, without neglecting the concerns about comfort.
