Congratulations to the Renault Clio… 25 years ago! To mark the date, Renault Portugal is preparing the largest concentration of Clios in the country.
In September 1990, several places in the city of Lisbon were invaded by “strangers” and giant red eggs. This was the harbinger of one of the biggest launch campaigns ever carried out in Portugal for a car. And no wonder: Renault was going to launch a model destined to make history. The Renault Clio.
Like Dacia, Renault also has reason to celebrate. On the next 21st of November, go to Exposalão, in Batalha, and who knows if you won't join a Clio rally for a co-drive session with Pedro Matos Chaves, José Carlos Macedo, Adruzilo Lopes or Gil Antunes . The four will have the mission of covering a route on land and asphalt, drawn in the area surrounding Exposalão, but also inside the pavilions.
But the celebration of Clio's 25th Anniversary is not just about strong emotions. Renault Portugal aims to carry out the largest concentration of the Clio model ever held in the country. A concentration that aims to bring together the different versions of the four generations. From the economical passenger versions, to Société (2 seats), to Breaks, to the most exclusive Clio Williams, Clio V6, Clio 16V, Clio R.S., etc..
In addition to these, there are many other animations: preventive driving courses, simulators, inflatables, various workshops, weekend draws at the wheel of the Clio RS 220 EDC Trophy and even an unprecedented stand up comedy show with Nilton. The celebrations for the 25 Years of Clio start at 2 pm and end at 6 pm on the 21st of November.
