Mercedes CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake caught off guard and with little camouflage

Anonim

The Mercedes CLS Shooting Brake has been caught off guard several times, but today we bring you something new: the sporty version of the CLS, the CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake!

Caught for the first time, this AMG does not have an elaborate camouflage, making it possible to unveil several details that bought its connection to the official Mercedes preparer. The front is more aggressive, with a slightly raised center section and a redesigned front bumper, the wheels are much wider, the brake discs are huge and the rear exhausts leave no room for doubt.

To improve stability and driving pleasure, AMG engineers also tweaked the CLS's suspension and braking system. Even with the camouflage, you can clearly see that the production version will bring some details from the Shooting Brake Concept, presented in 2010.

Let's focus now on the heart of the car, for the normal version a 4.6 V8 up to 400 hp is expected, the same as the previous CLS, but if the normal version already has all this grit then imagine the AMG edition… In standard , the AMG 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 is expected to deliver 518 hp at 5,500 rpm, but with the optional AMG performance package can raise the bar to 556 hp of power!!!
