Mazzanti Evantra Millecavalli officially unveiled

As planned, Mazzanti Automobili presented the Evantra Millecavalli today at the Turin Motor Show, through a prototype “still under development”. “Due to the importance that this city has for the automobile sector, we had to bring forward the presentation of Evantra Millecavalli by two months”, said Luca Mazzanti, founder of the Italian brand. However, in aesthetic terms, the final model should not stray too far from the sporty one you can see in the images.

The Evantra Millecavalli features a 7.2 liter bi-turbo V8 block, based on the 7.0 liter engine of the "normal" Evantra, introduced in 2013. As the name implies, the eight-cylinder engine delivers 1000 hp and 1200 Nm of maximum torque , all this power is transmitted to the rear wheels through a 6-speed sequential transmission.

As for the performance, the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is accomplished in the blink of an eye, just 2.7 seconds, while the top speed is 402 km/h. The Evantra Millecavalli is described by the brand as the most powerful Italian “road-legal” sports car – surpassing the 950 hp of the Ferrari LaFerrari. Production is limited to 25 units and should start later this year.
