Based on the GA-B platform (same as the Yaris), the new Yaris Cross is positioned below the C-HR, representing Toyota's entry into the very competitive (and disputed) B-SUV segment.
Sharing the platform with the Yaris is “denounced” by the wheelbase shared with the utility vehicle, 2560 mm. However, the remaining external dimensions are distinct, with the Toyota Yaris Cross measuring 240 mm longer (up to 4180 mm), being 20 mm wider (measures 1765 mm) and 90 mm taller (1560 mm) than the Yaris.
The interior, on the other hand, is the same as the utility vehicle that won the Car of the Year 2021 trophy, the only difference being the luggage compartment capacity, which grows from 286 liters to a more “familiar” 390 liters.
As for prices, the Comfort Plus version starts at 26 646 euros , the Square Collection ascends to 29,646 euros and in the case of the top-of-the-range variant, the Premier Edition, the price is fixed in the 33 646 euros.
