A stand without cars, but with miniatures
The conversion of the telephone booth – measuring just 0.8 m2 – led to the installation of a bank and mini-desk, Wi-Fi and an iPad which is connected to the French brand's online store. Yes, it's a car-free stand – not even with the best of will they could cram the smallest Peugeot, the 108, into the booth.
Instead, there are 1:64 scale miniatures of Peugeot models that serve as a first contact with the brand's portfolio. Access to the cabin is possible through a code that is obtained on a website and from there the potential customer can not only explore, but even order their future Peugeot.
Since its inauguration, Peugeot's e-commerce platform has watched nearly one million users who – during 1.5 million sessions – have completed more than 134,000 configurations and received more than 35,000 car reviews to give to the exchange .
