The list of supercars for the Geneva Motor Show begins to compose. The new super sports car Elextra is the latest addition to the Swiss event.

The fight for the acceleration record is in full swing. After the Faraday Future FF91, Lucid Air and so many other projects that promise to surpass the «cannon time» achieved by the new Tesla Model S P100D, it was time for another start-up to announce its intentions. And those intentions couldn't be clearer: to develop a sports car that takes less than 2.3 seconds in the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h.

The sport in question is called extra and will be presented at the next Geneva Motor Show in March. Behind this model are Danish businessman Poul Sohl and Swiss designer Robert Palm. This pair intends to attract investors to move towards the production (limited to 100 units) of Elextra.

For now, it is only known that it is a four-seater, four-door, four-wheel-drive model, and that it will be designed in Switzerland and built in Germany. While no more images are revealed, the first teaser (above) shows us the outlines of Elextra's profile.

“The idea behind the Elextra is to combine the lines of Italian sports cars of the past with today's most advanced technology.
