Silverstone Auctions will auction off the last Lamborghini Diablo that was produced. Then the Volkswagen era began.

According to British auctioneer Silverstone Auctions, this was the last Lamborghini Diablo SV to leave the Sant'Agata Bolognese factory, in 1999, before the Volkswagen Group took control of the brand's production units and revived the brand. , which makes this Italian model an even more special example.

This model, painted in pearl red and designed by the Italian Marcello Gandini, has the same side skirts as the exclusive version for the USA, the Diablo SV Monterey Edition. Inside, the Lamborghini Diablo SV is lined with Alcantara fabric and is equipped with personalized mats with the brand's logo.

Under the hood we can find the traditional 5.7-litre V12 engine, with a power of 529 hp and 605 Nm of torque that provides performance that lives up to its name (SV stands for “super-speed”): 3.9 seconds from 0 to 100km/ he has a top speed that comes close to 330km/h.

According to Silverstone Auctions, the vehicle – with just over 51,000 kilometers – is in excellent condition, having undergone a minor restoration of the chassis and suspension. The price was estimated at between 150,000 and 170,000 pounds (193 to 219 thousand euros). The Lamborghini Diablo SV will be featured at the Classics Restoration Show, which takes place on March 5th and 6th in Birmingham, England.
