I venture to say that this is the most bizarre moment of 2013. Certainly, there will be no greater coincidence than this in the next 20,000 years… Do you doubt it? So, look if I'm not right: What is the probability that someone is watching a police chase on television and suddenly looks out the window and sees that same chase? But even better is the simple fact that all this was recorded on that same person's cell phone – don't ask me to explain why someone is filming what's on TV, but there that this time it worked, it worked…
Of course, the boy must have realized in advance that a police chase was taking place near his house, but then remembering to film the chase on television and then bump into the «train»… you have to agree that it is a highly improbable event.
