For the 3rd consecutive year, the team that every day puts Razão Automóvel “on the air” got together for the most petrolhead Christmas dinner in the country. Our conversations – of course… – gravitated around our raison d’être: automobiles. The ugliest, the most beautiful, the best of the year, and the usual eternal arguments: AWD vs. RWD; manual Vs automatic; anyway… you know.
A Christmas dinner that had everything to be a continuation of previous editions, but which turned out to be much more than that. It was the first dinner in our new house! In 2016, the articles that you are used to reading at Razão Automóvel will be produced in a completely new newsroom.
It's not just an essay, it's much more than that...
Although we are already a community of over 83,000 members on Facebook alone, we read all of your comments and messages one by one.
We took computers, tables, chairs and a coffee machine, which only works when it feels like it, and moved Razão Automóvel's facilities to a classics workshop in the center of Lisbon, full of stories to tell and classics to drive. Gray offices and starched suits are (definitely!) not our style.
What do you think of our meeting room (pictured), converted into a dining room for Christmas dinner? As decoration, one of the cars in the back is a Porsche 935 with "ramps", once driven by Jean-Marie Alméras. Epic!
Our newsroom is on top, and in 2016 you will be able to learn about it in detail - in fact, if you visit our Instagram you can already see some sneak peeks from space. So, how about? Not bad for a project born and raised in the minds of four gasoline and burnt rubber enthusiasts, don't you think?
