Yeah, the Viper SRT promises to come back in 2013! But wait, shouldn't it be the DODGE Viper SRT? No, and this is the big news, the Viper will leave the Dodge name behind, it will be an SRT product from now on.
“The next generation Viper will return to the product line in the second half of 2012 as a 2013 model”, said Ralph Gilles, president of the SRT division and Motorsports in the press release stated, “We are extremely excited to be able to see our great American sports car. stay alive and continue to be produced here, in “Motor City”.
Well, we don't care where it's produced, what we want is to see it on the streets as soon as possible, but in principle, the new Viper won't be unwrapped at the New York Motor Show until April 2012.
