Skoda has just completed the Octavia range with the new Octavia Scout. These are the main news.
Now that 3rd generation Skoda Octavia is halfway through its lifecycle, Skoda continues to update its bestseller, and the Octavia Scout is the newest member of the family.
As Audi does on Allroad models, Volkswagen on Alltrack or Seat on X-Perience, in the «adventure» version of the VW Group's Czech van we can count on additional plastic protections on the bodywork, an increase in ground clearance by 30 mm and an attack and exit angle of 16.6 and 14.5 degrees, respectively.
The 1.8 TSI block with 180 hp and the 2.0 TDI engine with 150 and 184 hp continue to be available in the range of engines. In the latter, in addition to the six-speed manual gearbox, a seven-speed automatic transmission (DSG) is now available. In addition, the all-wheel drive system is standard.

Everything else remains the same as the facelift unveiled at the end of November, including the revamped infotainment system, driver assistance technologies and the new front section that was so talked about. The Skoda Octavia Scout hits European markets early next year with prices yet to be announced.
