Super luxury, super comfort, super equipment, super expensive. Super, super, super… that's how the 2014 Mercedes S-Class will be. Super!
The German brand has just unveiled the first images of the 2014 Mercedes S-Class. They only concern the interior, but that's not why they're less impressive. Even because if there is a field in which the "standard door" of Mercedes has always impressed, it is in the interior. And for 2014 the Mercedes S-Class – code-named W222 – is reborn more luxurious than ever. In a mix of technology and art, the equipment (not to vary…) will be more than a lot.
Let's start with technology. In this field it has two LED screens, one serving as instrumentation and the other for all the entertainment and control functions of the car, both equipped with the new whooping cough from the Stuttgart brand: the mBrace2 system. A system that will debut in the S-Class 2014 and then start equipping the other models and which consists of a system for centralizing information, entertainment and comfort based on the "cloud-computing" philosophy. This system promises real-time GPS information, email reading, access to social networks and a host of other functions.
But the technological content is not exhausted here. In fact, it has barely begun to be described. The benches, for example, are authentic Spa's equipped with various integrated massage, ventilation and heating programs. The steering wheel is also heated and the seat belts are equipped with airbags!
If the “zen” mood hasn't invaded you yet, it has a brand new climate control system called Thermotronic to give you back. This system treats the air going to the driver and the passenger completely separately and also filters it using ions. And the list promises to go on… super!
As far as “art” is concerned, expect handcrafted finishes by the best technicians of the Stuttgart brand. Where the obsession for detail will override any eventual error that won't exist. It cannot exist! As soon as there is more information about the new 2014 Mercedes S-Class, contact the RazãoAutomóvel team here, or on our Facebook, to let you know everything.
