New Brabus G800 ready to be unveiled in Geneva

The «Goliath» from Mercedes is just days away from meeting its new brother, the Brabus G800! The name alone clearly demonstrates the dose of brutality that is to come…

Based on the Mercedes G65 AMG, the Brabus G800 will use the same twin-turbo 6.0-liter V12 engine but with a "small" difference, instead of the usual 612hp and 1000Nm of torque, the G800 holds 800hp of power and 1420 Nm of maximum torque!!

To support this significant increase in energy, Brabus has assembled a new set of turbochargers, a new intercooler, a new stainless steel exhaust system and a few more extremely valuable snacks… With more power, there are obviously better performances, such is the case with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h which now takes a “insignificant” 4.2 seconds (-1.1 sec than the G65 AMG), while the top speed will be limited to 250 km/h.

This new Brabus G800 has undergone stylistic improvements over the previous G800. From the new front skirt to the new LED daytime running lights to the rear fender, there have been skimpy changes throughout the Widestar design package.
