Without major changes in terms of the engine compared to the current range, this new generation features a similar line to the previous one, extending all its elegance. Headlights with LED technology and a front grill designed in their style are some of the new features of the new model. As for its rear, the trunk was enlarged and is now split, now having 477 liters that can be transformed into 1,378 with the seats folded down.

Its interior has been improved compared to the previous one, making it more aerodynamic, an example is the new steering wheel and the new console that sports a 5-inch LED screen, making its cabin even more appreciated, reminding us of a cockpit of a plane, with lots of buttons. This version of the Japanese brand has an ECON button which allows the driver to drive more economically.

The 1.4 VTEC petrol model, with 100 hp and an average consumption of 6.6 l/100km, will cost 22 000 euros, while the 1.8i VTEC with 142 hp and a consumption of 7.3 l/100km will cost around 25 000 euros. The 2.2 i-DTEC diesel engine will have an average consumption of 5.7 l/100km and with a maximum power of 150 hp it reaches no less than 217 km/h of maximum speed, as its value is not yet known.

The previous model, received several criticisms for its high consumption, this time, Honda now presents a Civic much friendlier to our wallets. The ninth generation Civic will be available in 5 versions, coupé, sports car, sedan, hybrid and low consumption.
