In a very aggressive work, but in full respect for the main lines of the new Volvo V40, Heico Sportiv lent a new look to the most recent creation of the Swedish brand.
The paint on the first units of the new Volvo V40 did not dry very well, and the first customization proposals for the latest member of the Volvo family have already started to come out.
By the hand of the Germans from Heico Sportiv – specialists in the Volvo brand – arrives an aesthetic and performance kit that promises to lend that aggressiveness and “salero” that the pragmatic Volvo cannot give to its models, at the expense of keeping more modest customers away from its own products.
In addition to an aesthetic kit, made up of larger wheels, a new front and rear bumper, Heico also includes a performance kit made up of an ECU with an injection mapping designed to search for power lines and most generous binary. From the original 237hp it passes to a much more exciting 266hp of maximum power. The torque also undergoes a considerable increase. From 320Nm to 365Nm.
Benefit data have not yet been released. But taking into account the values presented, easily the new V40 vitamin supplemented by Heico will reach speeds close to 250km/h and accelerations of 0-100km/h in around 7 seconds. Promising, no?
