The fifth generation of the Nissan Micra, presented at the Paris Motor Show, debuts a new platform, new engines, more technology and a convincing design. All that's missing is a sports version.
Nissan has already stated that it intends to expand the range of Nismo models, so it is very likely that in the brand's plans is a Nissan Micra Nismo. In this digital rendering, the small Japanese “rocket” boasts a redesigned front and larger air intakes. The aggressive look of the front is replicated in the side skirts, front splitter, wheels and matching sports tires. Et voilá… Here's the Nissan Micra Nismo, or at least a first sketch.
If produced, the most likely is that the Nissan Micra Nismo will adopt the 1.6 Turbo engine that we already know from the Nissan Juke Nismo and the Renault Clio RS.
