Being a "douchebag" in London entitles you to a fine

The “rich boys” of Middle East, London, will have to walk their sports cars very quietly. Otherwise, the fine may be around 2000€.

In the upscale (and expensive) neighborhoods of London's Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, it's common to see the upper middle class strolling around in their Bentleys, Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Maserati. So far, everything is normal. When they start to show the power of their machines, things get worse.

Neighborhoods don't find the show-offs of some teenagers at all funny and want attitudes such as testing the car's rev limits, noisy accelerations, and (sometimes dangerous) races to be punished by 1500 pounds – around 2000€. As an example, the Italian cities Maranello and Fiorano have already adopted this system.
