The Aston Martin Vanquish receives a special edition dedicated exclusively to carbon fiber: Aston Martin: Vanquish Carbon Edition. This is Darth Vader's dream car!
We are well aware that the color of a car is something very important, especially when it comes to an Aston Martin. Recently, the brand has invested in bright colors to accentuate the capabilities of its personalization service: the Q by Aston division. However, this Aston Martin Vanquish Carbon Edition counters this trend by using only two colors: black and white.
In reality, the choice between the two colors only rests with the body panels, as all aesthetic features, such as the wheels and interior, are only available in black.
You can also choose the color of the brake calipers and the color of the interior seams, but there isn't much on offer here: the calipers are either red, yellow or black. The seams are either yellow or black.
At the expense of choices, we are left with a truly immersive car. Inside, an almost somber environment with the refinement that the brand has already accustomed us to.
The exterior includes details such as the window frames, tailpipes and aerodynamic accessories in…that's right: carbon. Light black. The novelties are limited to aesthetics, as the other specifications remain the same.
The Aston Martin Vanquish Carbon Edition features the already recognized AM29 block. The 12 cylinders in V of this block are capable of producing 568hp that catapults the Aston Martin Vanquish Carbon Edition up to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, while the convertible version takes another 2 tenths of a second. The top speed is around 320 km/h. Noteworthy performances for a GT weighing 1740 kg.
