It was about a week ago that the Rally de Portugal 2013 got off to a strong start. The world competition saw difficulties in Portuguese lands that provided an unforgettable spectacle.
To call Rally de Portugal 2013 challenging or demanding is saying little. The casualties throughout the rally were numerous and even in the final stretch, when the living thought that everything was over, the heavy hand of a rally loaded with strong emotions and adversity was still in time to reap some more hopes.
This year's rally is marked by competent organization and incredible drivers accompanied by machines pushed to the limit. In this edition, Sébastian Ogier made the tri and Carlos Barbosa was the best Portuguese, after Bruno Magalhães was less than two kilometers from the Estádio do Algarve.
