Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato is really going for it!

At the request of many families, the British brand has confirmed that the seductive Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato will indeed move into production lines.

Presented in the form of a prototype, the Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato was one of the featured models at the prestigious Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, which took place last May in Italy. Customer interest was such that the British brand even decided to move towards the production of the sports coupé, which will thus have a special edition limited to 99 units.

In terms of aesthetics, the production version will be in every way similar to the concept presented in Italy and will have a body entirely made of carbon fiber, with the use of wide panels to reduce the dividing lines and maintain the elegant and fluid appearance. In addition, you can expect an aerodynamic profile identical to the new DB11 and LED technology inspired by the Aston Martin Vulcan. Inside, the quality of materials and finishes with the signature of Zagato stand out.

Under the bonnet we'll find a 6.0 liter atmospheric V12 block with a maximum output of 600 hp – an improvement on the 576 hp of the standard Vanquish. As such, the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is now completed in 3.7 seconds (estimated). Accompanying the increase in power, the brand's engineers are also betting on a more advanced suspension to create “a unique driving experience”.

Fruit of the close collaboration between Aston Martin and Italian coachbuilder Zagato, which has lasted for over five decades, the Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato will be produced at the Gaydon unit, England, with a total of 99 copies. The first deliveries start in the first quarter of next year.
