The second edition of 2016 of the Audi Offroad Experience took place last weekend in Serra da Estrela.
After the success of previous editions, Audi continues to focus on off-road experiences for its customers. This time, in partnership with Clube Escape Livre, the Audi caravan set off for another event filled with demanding trails and breathtaking views. After a first foray into Alentejo, the second 2016 edition of the Audi Offroad Experience took place in Serra da Estrela, with 23 vehicles and 70 participants over 200 kilometers of driving at altitude.

From the H2otel, the caravan had the opportunity to visit the Snow Cleaning Center of Serra in Piornos, where the machines that return to the roads of Serra da Estrela in winter to keep them passable, the waterfall of Poço do Inferno and the source of the Mondego river.
The program also included a guided visit to the Bread Museum, in Seia, and on Sunday to the Interpretation Center of Moagem do Centeio, in Fundão. There was also time to enjoy the perks of the H2otel – heated pool, jacuzzi, Celtic circuit with sauna, Turkish bath, Hamman and contrast shower. The event ended at Quinta da Hera, with a closing lunch.
