The BBC program returns in May with new faces and renewed ambitions.
The presenters who will be part of the new Top Gear season are already known. Pilot Sabine Schmitz, YouTube star Chris Harris, journalist Rory Reid and manager Eddie Jordan join confirmed Matt LeBlanc, Chris Evans and service pilot best known as "The Stig."For Sabine Schmitz, the queen of the Nürburgring, “combining driving with filming was too great an opportunity not to accept it”, an opinion shared by Rory Reid. “I've been a fan of Top Gear for a long time, and besides, my fascination with cars is perfectly compatible with the program”, commented the journalist.

Chris Harris, too, admits his admiration for the BBC programme: “Top Gear helped shape my relationship with cars, so I'm looking forward to getting started. And if it goes wrong, at least I can always say that I participated in Top Gear… and I go back to being that annoying guy from Youtube”.
Finally, Eddie Jordan, the eldest of the group, stressed his enormous respect for the rest of his colleagues. “I ask you to take it easy with me,” commented Jordan Grand Prix founder and entrepreneur. Top Gear returns to the screens next May.
