Bentley's skyscraper will be a tower over 60 floors and 228 m high, located in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. It will be the tallest residential tower in the US erected on the waterfront.
It is the result of a partnership with Dezer Development and will have 200 luxury apartments with a garage included, but not as you are imagining… Forget the underground floors as happens in other “normal” residential buildings.
In the Bentley Residences skyscraper, the “garage” is integrated into each apartment and will have space for more than one vehicle(!). To park cars in the apartments, there will be specific elevators (already patented) to transport the cars. All to guarantee maximum privacy and… exclusivity.
It's not just the garages built into the apartments. Each will have a private balcony, swimming pool, sauna and even an outdoor shower. The Bentley's skyscraper will also feature a gym and spa, as well as a restaurant and… whiskey bar. Of course, there will be no lack of common and private gardens to “promote a feeling of calm”.
Scheduled to begin construction in early 2023, the Bentley Residences skyscraper is expected to be completed in 2026.
