Dacia Spring Post. We already know when it arrives in Portugal

Anonim

As we had said when the Spring Electric , the most affordable 100% electric model on the market will also have a commercial version, designated Dacia Spring Cargo.

While the passenger version arrives in September (we've already tested it), the “working” version will take a little longer to arrive. According to the Romanian brand, its launch will take place in 2022.

As for prices, Dacia has not yet advanced any values. However, these should not be much different from the 16,800 euros requested by the five-seater Spring Electric (incidentally, being a commercial vehicle, the asking price may even be lower).

Dacia Spring Cargo
Abroad, the Spring Cargo is practically the same as the passenger version.

The Dacia Spring Cargo

Aesthetically identical to the Spring Electric, the Spring Cargo is different only for the absence of the rear seats that gave way to a large luggage compartment.

With a plastic floor covering and space occupied by the wheel arches and four fastening rings, the load compartment measures 1.03 m in length, offers a total volume of 1100 liters and a load capacity of 325 kg.

Available in white, it comes standard with manual air conditioning, radio (with Bluetooth connection), USB connection, an attachment point for a mobile phone holder and a light sensor.

Despite not appearing in this image, Spring Cargo will have radio in Portugal.

To “prepare” you for professional life, Dacia has provided you with more scratch-resistant door handles, black plastic mirrors, 14” steel wheels and protection on the door sills and trunk lid.

Finally, in the mechanical chapter there are no differences from Spring Electric. That said, we have a 33 kW (44 hp) and 125 Nm electric motor powered by a 26.8 kWh battery that offers a range of 225 km (WLTP cycle) or 295 km (WLTP city cycle).
