Arabian business. Pagani Zonda auctions are worth millions

Anonim

Find one Pagani Zonda at auction is almost like finding a needle in a haystack. However, in the space of about a week two copies of the Italian super sports car were auctioned and, interestingly, both in the Middle East.

The first of all, the Pagani Zonda Riviera, was auctioned by Silverstone Auctions at an event held in Saudi Arabia. Sold for 5.5 million dollars (about 4.9 million euros) This copy has an interesting history.

Originally born as a Zonda F, it returned to the factory to be transformed into the one-off version known as the Riviera. It started by receiving several panels in carbon fiber, a rear wing in the same material and also an air intake in the roof.

In terms of mechanics, the 7.3 l V12 saw power rise to 750 hp. Completing the range of changes operated on this Zonda Riviera is also a “tailor-made” exhaust system. In total, when this copy was sold, it had only covered 900 km.

The Pagani Zonda Aether

As for the other Pagani auctioned, it was a Zonda Aether and, if you remember, we had already been talking to you about it a few months ago.

Produced in 2017, this unique copy was sold at an auction held in Abu Dhabi for an exorbitant $6.05 million (about 5.46 million euros). If you remember, RM Sotheby's estimated that this one would be sold for between 4.5 and 5.5 million dollars (about 4 to 4.4 million euros).
