After the last two years showing an increase in the number of activities and participants, the year 2018 is foreseen with an increase in work for Clube da Guarda, which presented the calendar for 2018.
The year opens in a big way with a double anniversary: on February 23, the 45th anniversary of the Free Escape Program and the 20th SPAL Gala / Our selection of riders , with a remarkable show open to the public by the illusionist Luis de Matos, again taking place at the Teatro Municipal da Guarda.
News for 2018
In addition to the usual activities, there are two new features for 2018:
The new Adventure Escape Free , which will take place on May 5th, at the gates of Lisbon, centered on the magnificent Quinta do Peru, in Azeitão. Aventura Escape Livre favors the landscapes that link Cabo Espichel and Adega Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal, right in the heart of the Setúbal peninsula. The tour is intended for all 4×4 and 4×4 SUV makes and models and limited to 28 vehicles.
The other novelty is the TT Centenary Court of Appeal of Coimbra, open to legal professionals, which covers historical landmarks linked to Infante D. Pedro in the Center region.
All terrain tourist
The all terrain calendar starts, as usual, with the Tripe Raid and Other Flavors , from the 16th to the 18th of March, this year passing through the municipalities of Guarda and Manteigas, ending in the village of Freineda, with the traditional historical reenactment and lunch at Bucho.
In April, the Volvo family returns for another weekend of Volvo XC Adventure , with off-road experiences, this time with the new Volvo XC40, around Lisbon.

In May, every weekend will have activities. In June, the Dacia Adventure 4×2 it's the Bridgestone First Stop Guard Rally 2018, starting on the last weekend of the month, honors the longest days of the year. International Drift Cup
