We know it even as a prototype in 2018 and we even had a brief contact with this model in Greece. But now it's time to “get your hands on” the most powerful production Audi ever on national roads. Here's the “mighty” Audi RS e-tron GT.
The title of “most powerful ever” is a remarkable “business card”, but there's no other way to put it: the numbers of the Audi RS e-tron GT are really impressive.
This 100% electric — which uses the same rolling base and propulsion system as the Porsche Taycan — has 646 hp (overboost) and 830 Nm of maximum torque.

vertiginous accelerations
These numbers translate into dizzying and instantaneous accelerations, as is usual in any electric car. The usual 0 to 100 km/h acceleration exercise is completed in just 3.3s. The maximum speed is limited to 250 km/h, at least on "paper"...
Making all this possible are two electric motors — front and rear (238 and 455 hp respectively) — and an 85.9 kWh liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery. Thanks to her, this Audi RS e-tron GT announces a maximum range of 472 km (WLTP cycle).
Three-chamber pneumatic suspension
Equipped as standard with a three-chamber air suspension and variable shock absorbers, the RS e-tron GT is both able to respond affirmatively to a longer ride and to “attack” a sequence of curves at (much) higher paces, offering a toast. us with tremendous effectiveness.
And in this chapter, the four-wheel drive system (quattro) and the torque vectoring on the rear axle make all the difference, as they “jump into action” as soon as they feel any loss of mobility, immediately “pulling” this RS e- tron GT into the curve, which then only knows how to do one thing: shoot straight out of it.
striking image
It's impossible to look at this Audi RS e-tron GT and be indifferent. The exterior image is as aggressive as it is effective, as the entire bodywork was thought and designed with aerodynamic behavior in mind.
There are many elements that lead us to other models of the Ingolstadt brand, starting with the front grille, which, despite maintaining its shape, was completely redesigned, as this RS e-tron GT appears completely closed.
In profile, 21” aerodynamic wheels and a muscular line of shoulders, elements that help to emphasize the sportier DNA of this tram. At the rear, a dynamic light signature, an air diffuser contoured in carbon fiber and a spoiler that rises to generate more down load on the rear axle.
