Stellantis : we learned the name of the new car group that resulted from the 50/50 merger between FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobilies) and Groupe PSA last July. Now they are showing the logo of what will be the fourth largest car group in the world.

When the giant merger process is (legally) complete, Stellantis will be the new home for 14 car brands: Peugeot, Fiat, Citroën, Opel, Vauxhall, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, DS Automobiles, Jeep, Lancia, Abarth, Dodge, Chrysler , Ram.

In it we can see, around the “A” in Stellantis, a series of points that symbolize a constellation of stars. From the official statement:

The logo symbolizes the strong tradition of the founding companies of Stellantis and the rich portfolio of the new group formed by 14 historic car brands. It also represents the wide diversity of the professional profiles of its employees throughout the world.

(…) the logo is a visual representation of the spirit of optimism, energy and renewal of a diversified and innovative company, determined to become one of the new leaders of the next era of sustainable mobility.

The completion of the merger process is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2021.
