Under the scorching heat of southern Spain — more precisely on the Monteblanco Circuit — Motor Sponsor, organizer of the Civic Atomic Cup, subjected the Civic Type R to an authentic “race of nine”, in a reliability test of the technical solutions proposed for the competition.

In total, the tested unit completed more than 100 laps on the Andalusian track, covering more than 400 km at depth and with thermometers marking values ​​above 30°C, all to push the mandatory Civic Atomic Cup kit and Toyo tires to the limit. Test passed with distinction

Despite the difficult conditions that the tested unit had to face on lands of “nuestros hermanos”, the evaluation of this demanding test session was frankly positive, with no room for any technical notes along the 400 km covered on the track.
