Unveiled at last year's Frankfurt Motor Show, the new Land Rover Defender now arrives in Portugal and we already know how much it costs.
Available in short body, Defender 90, and long body, Defender 110, the British jeep will have four engines: two diesel and two petrol.
The Diesel offer is based on two in-line four-cylinder units, with 2.0 l capacity and two different power levels: 200 hp and 240 hp (called D200 and D240) in both cases the torque is 430 Nm.
Among the gasoline engines we have a four-cylinder in-line with 2.0 l with 300 hp and 400 Nm of torque (the P300) and an in-line six-cylinder with 3.0 l, 400 hp and 550 Nm (the P400) that is associated with a 48V mild-hybrid system. Common to all engines is the all-wheel drive and eight-speed automatic transmission.
How much will the new Defender cost?
In total, the Land Rover Defender will be available with six equipment levels: Standard, S, SE, HSE, First Edition (exclusive to versions equipped with the D240 and P400 engines) and X, reserved only for the Defender with the engine more powerful gasoline.Subscribe to our newsletter
