THE Subaru Technical International , or STI, took his artistic side and made a little video… “musical”. The instruments are essentially the exhaust sounds produced by the various Subaru models that have passed through the hands of STI — Impreza, Levorg, BRZ and WRX.
What do all these models have in common? They are all equipped with the characteristic four boxer cylinders of the brand, an engine that has been closely linked to Subaru for 53 years.
Sounds include the starting, idling and accelerating of the four-cylinder boxer, among others, such as the sound produced by pressing the start button, or by shifting gears. Afterwards, what we see is an exercise in “sampling”, with results… interesting, but we doubt that it will reach the top of the most listened songs lists.
