Goodwood SpeedWeek kicks off with Toyota GR Yaris riding sideways

Between October 16th and 18th the Goodwood SpeedWeek which will try to combine the best of the canceled (due to covid-19) Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and the Goodwood Members Meeting. To whet your appetite, we can see a Toyota GR Yaris in more acrobatic poses, which promises to be one of the protagonists of the event.

In a short video that serves as a teaser for Goodwood SpeedWeek, the GR Yaris appears with rally driver Kris Meeke at the wheel, showing off all his capabilities.

From spinning tops to a short run on the track, the Toyota GR Yaris leaves us with “mouth water” for when we can put it to the test.

With 261 hp and 360 Nm extracted from a three-cylinder with 1.6 l capacity, all-wheel drive and six-speed manual transmission, the GR Yaris is, without a doubt, one of the most radical small sports cars of the moment.

Available in three colors (white, black and red) and three equipment levels (GR Yaris Standard, Extreme Premium and Extreme Rally), the first units of the Toyota GR Yaris are expected to be delivered early next year.

As for prices, these start at the 45,090 euros in the GR Yaris Standard version and go to 48 990 euros ordered by Extreme Rally and Extreme Premium versions.
