Ford Bronco, Bronco Sport, F-150 and Ranger dress up... even if there is no SEMA

Anonim

The Covid-19 pandemic may have forced the cancellation of this year's edition of SEMA, however, Ford did not want to fail to present its fans with a set of special models and the result is the four prototypes based on the Ford Broncos, Bronco Sport, F-150 and Ranger we talked about today.

Starting with the prototype based on the much talked about Bronco, this one goes by the name Ford Bronco Badlands Sasquatch Two-Door Concept and is an (even) more focused off-road version of the North American Jeep. This way, we have a new crankcase protection, a winch, roof lights and a protective bar at the front (also known as “killer”).

Completing the adventurous look is the absence of doors, a small step to facilitate access to the cabin and the fact that this Bronco is convertible, using only a simple canvas hood. The black paintwork with orange accents tries to ensure that this Bronco Badlands Sasquatch Two-Door Concept doesn't go unnoticed (as if that were possible).

Less extreme but more practical for a longer-lasting adventure is the Bronco Sport Badlands Overland Concept. Fruit of the work of Mad Industries, this one has a series of changes that prepare it for any expedition. With a light bar on the roof, it is shown in the photos with a trailer and even a kayak.

The pick-ups could not be missing

As might be expected, among the creations that Ford planned to show at SEMA, the traditional pick-ups could not be missing. The first one we talk to you about today is the Ford F-150 Limited Hybrid SuperCrew. With a higher BDS suspension, specific off-road tires and widened wheel arches, this very special F-150 also stands out for its intelligent storage solutions present in the cargo box.

Finally, the Ford Ranger XLT Tremor emerges as a more adventurous version of the Ranger we know so well. In addition to the very useful snorkel, the Ranger XLT Tremor has a kind of rollcage in the cargo box with supports to transport bicycles and even plates to unmount the North American pick-up truck.
