As a rule, the only fines that result from speed control actions are intended for drivers and are the result of speeding. However, there are exceptions to this rule and the story that happened with the Spanish pawn we are talking about today comes to prove it.
Although unusual, the story is very simple. In the city of Granada, the local police fined a pedestrian for “warning drivers that a speed check was being carried out, gesturing with his arm for them to slow down”.
The attempt to help hurried drivers earned this Spanish pedestrian a fine of 200 euros, and the situation was shared by the Granada police on their Twitter account.
If we think we make speed controls by #AfanRecaudatory You believe that if you tell the drivers that you will be going faster #Good People All society will thank you for it, you are mistaken. Besides, your altruism could cost you €200 ?? pic.twitter.com/R36jCyTzdz

According to the Spanish city authorities, whether you are a pedestrian or a driver, it is prohibited to warn about the presence of a radar, and such an act contributes to an attitude punishable by law (speeding), and is therefore a serious offense and “toasted” with a fine of 200 euros.
